The website available at www.signafi.com (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Vector Capital Management Pty Ltd (ACN 643 767 168) trading as Signafi Capital Management (“Signafi”, “we”, “us” or “our”) an Australian company incorporated under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Signafi is registered with the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (“AUSTRAC”) as a provider of digital currency exchange services in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) (“AML/CTF Act”).

These Website terms and conditions (“Terms”) outline how you may use our Website, as well as the other content, products, and services found on our Website.

Force Majeure
Signafi will not be deemed in default of these Terms to the extent that performance of its obligations is delayed or prevented by reason of any external force including, without limitation, war, insurrections, bank failures, strikes, fires, floods, earthquakes, labour disputes, epidemics, governmental regulations, freight embargoes, natural disaster, act of government, pandemics, or any other cause beyond Signafi’s reasonable control. -

Entire Agreement

Governing Law
These Terms, and your use of the Website, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed in that state, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
