Expertise includes investment structuring, cross-border expansion, alternative asset exposure (digital assets and physical commodities such as gold bullion), multi-jurisdictional structuring and regulatory guidance, licensing and compliance (AFSL/ACL), and the integration of fintech and blockchain applications.

Dr. William Fong 方志偉

Chief Investment Officer

Wil is a global investment executive with over 20 years of leadership at HSBC, Citibank, and Deutsche Bank. As Chief Investment Officer at Signafi, he specializes in global macro strategy and digital asset innovation. A licensed practitioner (HKSFC, MAS, AFMA), Wil has led strategic initiatives with the RBA and ASX on CBDC and tokenization.
His expertise is supported by a PhD in Economics and Finance, and he contributes to the field as a guest lecturer. Beyond his professional work, Wil is dedicated to social responsibility through aged care volunteering, blending institutional pedigree with community commitment.

Tim brings over 15 years of experience in financial services, having worked in Program Trading and Institutional Sales at leading global investment banks including Deutsche Bank, HSBC, BTIG, and E*TRADE Financial. His expertise spans ETFs, portfolio construction, crypto execution, and basket trading. He led Asia business development for a Canadian crypto exchange, serving as Asia Head of Sales on the OTC desk, with experience across Hong Kong and Toronto.

A Practicing Solicitor of the High Court of HKSAR since 2012, Edwin has served as Legal Counsel for multi-family offices across Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia, as well as several Hong Kong licensed trust companies. He has also been a part-time lecturer at HKU’s Faculty of Law and regularly delivers seminars to HNW clients and professionals on trusts, family office operations, and tax strategies.
